Easy Recipe for Gond Ke Laddu (Edible Gum Laddoos)
Ingredients
Edible gum (Acacia gum) – 100 grams
Ghee – 150 grams
Wheat flour – 250 grams

Step 1: Prepare the gum
Heat 2–3 tablespoons of ghee in a pan.
Add the edible gum and fry on medium heat until it puffs up.
Once cooled, lightly crush it with your hands or in a mixer.
Step 2: Roast the flour
Add the remaining ghee to the same pan.
Add the wheat flour and roast on low heat until golden brown.
Turn off the heat when a fragrant aroma is released.
